**Music and Video ** Be careful with streaming music or video for copyright infringements.

The Digital Millenium Copyright Act (1998) was passed in

response to the internet streaming of media, so there is now a

copyright for subject matter in "digital space".

However, the media must be streamed, so downloads of video or music as an attachment to an email are permitted

(because they are not heard directly, but have to be opened by an application on the computer).
